Need help with the Razor blackshark v2 pro wireless xbox headset

Hello i just bought this from amazon a day ago and when i opened the product i notice the Razor hyperspeed dongle 2.4ghz was missing and i can’t pretty much use the product on my console without that. And i was really excited to use this thing. Is it possible to get a replacement or is there a way to purchase the part. I’m just really bummed out at this point.

Maybe you have the same problem as I had on first sight. The dongle was a bit hidden imho. In the middle of the box there should be a slot where the dongle sits. When not looking closely it can look like there is only the Razer logo in the foam
