so i bought a set of razer naris and they worked for the first week tried it out on discord and was fine

then the next week the mic wouldnt work with discord or anything else but i know it works because i got preview mic in the windows settings to work and sometimes the preview on the razer app would work too

now when i plug in the usb dongle windows says it malfunctioned and shuts it off

i can get it to work if i unplug it and plug it in again over and over but it eventually gives me the malfunction error the error is unknown usb device [device discriptor request failed] windows does not recognise the device



i need to know whether this is a software issue or hardware issue!
