Ordered a Razer Blade 15" Pro in Mercury White through Razer Canada on May 11th, 2020.



Received the "Your order has been shipped" email, with the order information and "Your invoice can be accessed here" link. Unfortunately, the link supplied takes me to a 404 Not Found page on Razer.com.



I ordered the laptop with the intent of taking advantage of a PC Purchase plan available through my employer. However, without a Canadian invoice/reciept, I'm unable to apply for reimbursement, and am personally out the full cost of the laptop.



Opened a support ticket through online chat on June 11th, asking to be emailed a copy of my receipt. Technician said receipt would be mailed out within 24-48 hours.



Received nothing, and updated ticket on June 22nd with a request it be sent ASAP. Got a "I am closely monitoring your case. Rest assured, I will send you an update once available" boilerplate response. Responded that this issue is now urgent, as my window to apply for the reimbursement is rapidly closing.



Today, Razer Germany sent me a receipt. Not my receipt, mind you ... somebody else's receipt. Nothing matched ... The Name, Country, Item List, Order number, Invoice Amount, and invoice language weren't even close. I'm sure Susann from the Netherlands is happy with her Wolverine and Nari, but I'm still out over $3k if I don't receive a valid Canadian receipt in the next 24 hours.



Online chat and email have got me nowhere, and no-one is picking up on the telephone support line.



Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved, and quickly?????
