Need invoices, but unable to find/download

Dear Razer team, 

 

I need to get copies of the invoices for two recent purchases, but the links provided in the emails stating the shipment is on its way do not send me to a page where I can view, print, or download an invoice.

 

Please advise. Thank you. 

 

Note: the purchases were made before I created a Razer ID

      Got exactly the same problem.
