I own a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones that I received as a gift about a year ago.
I recently learned about the 7.1 Surround Sound app, but I never received an activation code.
When I tried to register my product, I got a message saying it’s already registered and out of limited warranty.
Could you please help me get a new activation code?

The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code should be on a scratch card inside the packaging as indicated here. If you can't find it, or if it it's already been used, I'd recommend reaching out to the reseller to see if they can provide a replacement. Unfortunately, we don’t have option to register the device to your account manually or remove the device registration from other account. Take care!
