Hello. The summary of the situation is as follows: after extensive testing, including plugging it in via the 3.5mm jack and attempting to install it on another computer, me and the tech support guy over the phone determined that my wireless dongle for my Nari Ultimate has died. So, is there a way for me to buy a new dongle?

EDIT: I'm aware the product is out of warranty and I've yet to find my Best Buy receipt so I'm well aware it'd be an out-of-pocket expense to obtain a new dongle, by the way.
