Device: Razer Blade14 2021 (RZ09-0370)
SN: BY2123M39000623 Current
FW: BIOS 1.08 / EC 1.02 / PD 1.14
Problem: After replacing with aftermarket third-party battery, original 230W DC barrel charger is locked permanently at 45W charging power, leading to CPU & GPU performance throttling under load. Fn+F1 hardware EC reset can only fix battery capacity reading temporarily, power limit comes back after sleep.

Request: Need original official standalone EC v1.06 + PD v1.16 updater EXE file, only unmodified official release, no customized mod firmware. Thanks a lot!
