Need Razer Phone (1st gen) repair

I've got a 1st gen Razer phone that I really do love, but I bought it refurbished on Amazon, so I have no warranty of any kind. There's now a dead horizontal area on my screen, just below where the push notification bar is on Android phones and it drives me insane. I don't know what caused it, but I know this is a very common issue if you Google around looking for help.

Does Razer offer a repair service on their phones? I tried contacting their support via chat and the "person" I spoke with required screenshots and video capture of the issue, which seems absurd when all I wanted to know is if I could mail it to them and have it fixed. I don't care if it costs $100 or whatever, I just want the damn thing repaired.

Hello, the Razer support will ask for details like screenshots and videos so that they can really understand the exact issue that is happening post which they suggest the best solution/workaround.

I have contacted them multiple time for multiple Razer hardware issues and some took time as it required screenshots/videos/data about the devices itself but in the end they did help resolve the issue in the best possible way.

So i suggest you help them with their queries/requests to get it sorted.
