II can't add proof of purchase files it's missing. And the laptop is not under warranty already. If someone has recovery image please send it to me. Do not understand why its so hard for Razer to share files.

      https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/index device need to be registered with your RazerID account to download OS image.

      Ok, I have had success with registration this time. I passed this with some random receipt.
