Need Replacement Dongle Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Headset

Hello, 

 

I recently purchased a Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Headset, and everything worked great for a while. However, the dongle suddenly stopped working. The power light does not come on, and I have tried plugging it into multiple USB ports on the computer. These ports work for other devices, but the dongle does not. How do I get a replacement?

Hi strykr21,

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed dongle is not detected. To isolate the issue, please try the steps below:

1. Make sure to fully charge your headset.
​​​​​​​2. Update the firmware on your headset.
3. Download and run the Pairing Utility of your headset.
4. Try plugging the dongle into another computer to see if it works there.
 

If the same problem persist, PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation ae the file via Google Drive and enable the access to view it. Thanks!
