Yesterday, during a gaming session, my Razer Nari Ultimate headset suddenly disconnected from its wireless dongle. Since then, the headset has only been blinking blue and is unable to establish a stable connection.
The headset works perfectly fine when connected via the 3.5 mm jack cable, so the headphones themselves do not appear to be damaged. Unfortunately, when using the analog cable, Razer Synapse does not detect the headset, and most of the features that make the Nari Ultimate special are unavailable.
I would hate to throw away a perfectly functional headset because of a faulty dongle. The headset is in very good condition and has been well taken care of.
Is there any way to purchase a replacement wireless dongle, or pair the headset with a new one? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
