Need Synapse help

If I run Synapse3 my Tartarus Pro will work when the app decides to work. It randomly removes all the devices, and I have to exit all apps and restart. This is very annoying while playing a game and not good for your business as my friends laugh at Razer now. (I have tried all the suggested steps and reinstalled multiple times. When I try installing Synapse 4 it will at least auto start, but none of the key bindings work. They show they are saved, but do not work. This is driving me nuts, it has been going on for about 8-10 months now. I really do not want to program each game to the keys, I want to set it in the Synapse software, so I do not have to program each game.
