Hi I accidently installed the wrong mouse (Viper pro2) instead of (Viper Ultimate) on a new hyperspeed dongle - is there anyway to reset - I have looked in Synapse but the dongle is not showing to unpair - I can see the Ultimate but only on cable - I can see the (Pro2) dongle in Windows and have tried to unpair there with no luck- any help greatly appreciated
