Hello, I just got a Kraken 2019 Quartz headset for my Razer Blade 15" 2019 laptop. Both were released in 2019, so I assumed they would work together just fine. I plug in my headset using the 3.5 mm headphone jack and nothing. I can't get the sound to work on it. I tried installing the 2.0 software and the computer does not recognize the headset being present. Sound just wants to come through the original speakers. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? Much appreciated! This headset is only 2 days old and I'm trying to set it up for gaming/video production stuff I do on my Razer Blade 15" Advance model laptop. (I have the one with the 2070 GTX inside)
