Neither of the Tartarus Pro 20 keys work on the latest Synapse version

I'm not sure when the latest Synapse update was released (3.6.624.61513), but for around a week or so I noticed that none of my macros worked, only the ones assigned to the thumbstick. Since I only use the Tartarus for macros for work I didn't have time to troubleshoot it, but I've now checked it and absolutely no key functions, on any profile, only the profile switch button and the 4 thumbstick buttons work. I've fully uninstalled all Razer software and reinstalled it, the problem still persists, the 20 keys have no functionality. I've tried it on another PC and it works, without Synapse installed, but I can't do it on my main PC (to continue using it without Synapse installed) since I depend on macros for other Razer peripherals.

    Please PM me the serial number of your keypad along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use them to check for possible platform incompatibility issues. I'd also appreciate it if you could send me the logs of your Synapse. You can gather them by following the guide from this page, upload them on Google Drive, and send me the link here.
