Neither windows nor Ubuntu nor Live CD will boot.

I have two 1TB SSD’s in my Razer Blade 15 2022. One with windows 11, and another with Ubuntu 22.10. I was always able to select the OS using windows boot manager until I tried increasing the Swap partition size on my Ubuntu drive. I was then no longer able to boot into Ubuntu or Windows and instead of windows boot manager I would see Grub. I am now not able to even re install Ubuntu at all on my machine, rendering it essentially useless.
