Never getting my Activation code for 7.1 Surround after 2 years of owning the product

I have had my razer Kraken 7.1 v2 for a little more than two years and never have been able to get my activation code for 7.1 surround. I did not get a code in the box and when I registered my product I never got a code in my email and I have checked all my inboxes for it. I have tried to figure out a way to get a code for the past year but this is the first time making a thread about it. I love razer products but I have read other threads that this seems to be a big problem of not getting codes with the product registation through email or the product not coming with it. This problem makes me not want to use razer products anymore so pls help me get a code.
