I purchased a razor phone shortly after it came out and love it, but thr touch screen went bad and needed to be replace. I could not go with out a phone so I paid the 700 dollars for them to send me a replacement phone. I returned the first phone and never received the refund. Contact support many times and got the run around. Some one from razor please contact me.
That's really annoying. Too many cases of Razer support not doing their job.
