New activation code not working (Everything writte right)

I have a razer Blackshark V2 x and i have lost my activation code (redeemed before) now i have a new pc and i cant use the old code so i requested a new one, i got it per email and ive entered everything the right way (also uppercase) but it says "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again." Even tho i just got the code
