NEW Barracuda X beeping

Just bought this new Barracuda X last weekend. used it for 3 days at work. Charge it every night. and still on a full charge it starts beeping after an hour. The beeps happen at random but it cuts the audio out as well. sometimes its 1 beep some times its more. Is this typical with this headset? Also I am roughly 2 feet at most away from the USB-C dongle and it sometimes seems as if it is cutting out on audio. Typically on Audio only but I also haven't used it enough to communicate to be able to tell if its an issue there as well. Is there a software for this Headset I am unaware of? This is my first headset of this kind.

      I have same problem too. Totally same. It's random buzzing and beeping sometimes. I bought it at 27.01.2022. Any help for it?

        I sent the product to Turkey distributor ARENA.COM.TR I requested a replacement under warranty terms. I will write the progress under this post.
