I got a new Razer Barracuda X headset and connected yesterday for the first time using USB-C dongle.
I reached to pair it at first attempt and enjoy it inmediately. However, an hour later , while using it, the Barracuda X stop working wireless. I used the 3.5mm jack without issues.
Today I tried to connect it wirelessly, but it's impossible.
The headset is not pairing with USB-C dongle
- I have PC Laptop with Windows11
- I connect USB-S dongle in every USB 2.0, 3.0 and C Type port with the same issue: headset does not connect to USB dongle and blue led keeps blinking - trying to connect - until time expiration and headset shuts down
- I tried to connect in a second laptop, with the same issue: headset does not connect to USB dongle and blue led keeps blinking - trying to connect - until time expiration and headset shuts down
- I did the same steps in the Nintendo Switch, with the same issue: headset does not connect to USB dongle and blue led keeps blinking - trying to connect - until time expiration and headset shuts down
- I tried it again with an Apple iPad and a Sony Bravia TV, with the same issue: headset does not connect to USB dongle and blue led keeps blinking - trying to connect - until time expiration and headset shuts down.
- Finally , I updated windows drivers and restarted but nothing changed. Removed audio devices from Device Manager and restarted Windows and de issue remains.
It's a pity I paired it once and , after sudden disconnection (while reproducing sound), now it's not possible to pair it again. Keeps blue blinking and never connects
Is there a way to force pairing again?
