Just a few days ago I received a new wireless barracuda x Chroma headset. For the first couple of days it worked mostly fine besides some problems with the mic on my PS4, though it did work on my pc and phone. Just this morning I tried connecting it to my PC but it didn't connect. I tried updating my drivers and used the Razer Paring Headset Utility but it didn't read my usb-c as connected. I also did some other troubleshooting along with trying to use the System Recovery Image but it didn't accept my serial number which it needed though I already used it searching for other answers and it was accepted. I tried other ports on my PC and PS4 still didn't work. It can still connect to my phone. What should be my next steps?

This happened to me, and all you gotta do is click the switch button twice, like the button under the volume wheel
