New Basilisk V2 scroll wheel not working.

I just purchased the Basilisk V2 a few weeks ago. The scroll wheel will only work for 30 seconds then stop working altogether. I have tried uninstalling drivers and synapse, then reinstalling. Each time with the same result. The scroll wheel will work for about 30 seconds then stop. I have also tried testing it without synapse for basic mouse function and the scroll wheel does not work. All of the other buttons are working appropriately. I entered a support case with no response yet from support. Any other suggestions would be would be appreciated. Love the mouse but getting very frustrated. Basilisk V2 Synapse 3.0 Windows 10 Pro

    Same issue here, bought two so far, one has scroll inconsistency (when it works, it only lasts for half a game [valorant]) and the other has loose left-click...getting something else in exchange today...
