I opened the Basilisk V3 as part of an Xmas present today. It connects to my PC and Synapse fine but no matter what i do I cannot move the mouse as it does not track.
The LEDs and buttons all seem to work fine.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing.
Please help
