New Blackshark V2 Pro THX Missing
I just bought the headset yesterday. When I was setting it up I saw that there was a Blackshark stereo and Blackshark THX to select from on the device list. I just disabled the THX one bc I thought they were the same. (Are they?) Found out that the THX one is the one I should be using so I enabled it again, but no audio was coming out if my headset. I went into device manager and removed the THX driver thinking I’d be able to reinstall it but it’s not showing up anymore. I followed the steps from another post to go to device manager and add legacy but it’s not showing up. It shows up if I download the THX synapse but you can’t use it for the Blackshark since it already has it. I’m stuck.
TLDR; Removed THX driver from device manager and can’t reinstall it.

Ok so think of it like this: the two playback device drivers that were installed when you first plugged it in work in tandem to deliver THX spatial audio to your ears. In the sound control panel, under playback devices, you set “THX Spatial Audio” and your default device, and then “Blackshark V2 Pro” as your default communication device.
Now, in order to get your missing thx driver back, you’ll want to uninstall synapse 3. Then, unplug any non-essential razer devices (like your headset usb stick) and then re-install synapse. After you reinstall synapse, plug in the headset’s usb stick (preferably into the same usb slot you used originally). Synapse should then reinstall the sound driver that you’re missing via a synapse update.
note*:if this doesn’t work, let me know, as I believe there may be another way to get your driver back using legacy devices in the device manager. Try the above first, though, as it should work.
