New Blackshark V2 Pro XBox version dongle won't connect to PC | Razer Insider

Hi all,  so brand new headset just out of box.  I game mostly on PC but sometimes on Xbox so thought this headset would be perfect.  I’ve tried to set it up on PC using the Razer pairing app but on the first screen where it requests dongle being put in it doesn’t recognize it.  Synapse also doesn’t see the headset.

 

When I put the dongle in the PC it can see the headset under Audio Sound Output, but it’s not working with Synapse or Razer headset pairing.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please be informed that Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) in not supported in Razer Synapse. For profile and EQ customization, use the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox App on the computer and Xbox console. Make sure you are connected to the PC via dongle, with the dongle set to PC mode.
