I just bought this headset recently and i have been using it but whenever i join voice chat or something like that in any game or discord, other sounds except for voice chat become blurry, muffled, low-quality, it feels as though i’m using a 20$~ headset. Please help, I tried speaking qith supoort but they said it was normal on bluetooth, problem is I CAN ONLY USE BLUETOOTH, my laptop has 2 USB A ports and they’re both being used for my keyboard and mouse. I just sent back a pair of steelseries headphones because their mic didn’t work, i dont want to refund this and wait for a new one AGAIN please.

So I don't have the headset, nor have I owned any razer headset. To solve your problem, I'd advise getting a suitable USB dongle to increase the amount of ports you have. That way, you can use the headset as intended (with the 2.4ghz dongle).

As for the bluetooth issue, being fobbed off isn't great. when connected via bluetooth, go into the advanced sound settings (you'll have to google this to see the steps), but see if you can change the sample rate for the headphones. I know this can be done for 2.4ghz devices, directly wired devices, so I'd expect bluetooth to be no different. Changing it to the highest bitrate (24bit preferably) and 48000hz or higher should vastly increase the sound quality.

If that doesn't make a difference then I would consider either a refund or RMA because if it's sounding like a $20 headset over bluetooth then that's pretty wild.

Hope this helps.

My biggest problem, is no matter what settings I made to sound , or into the app….. the Microphone does a autogain and everybody starts to hear everything , including my breathing.  In discord I have -45 to open the voice.  Only with Razer products I have this problem.  And the Microphone sound like a microphone that was made 20 years ago.  I tried to made different changes to the Mic EQ, but no real effect.  For 170Euro , BlackShark V3 are a total mess.

I’m sure you may have resolved this by now, but I had a similar issue with the exact same model headset. I kept trying to connect the headset using a Bluetooth dongle, but the headset came with a 2.3 gigahertz wireless dongle that avoids the issue. If you don’t have that specific dongle then you’ll continue to have wireless audio problems.

I’ve managed to set up the MIC… it works somehow well now.  But from time to time, when sound is coming from some apaps, the sound fom headset dissapears.. I have to change the outputs in windows, or to turn off and then on the headset..   I’ve disabled the “ Allow apps to take exclusive control of this device” , and I’ll monitor to see if it works.

From the begining my dongle and headset notified me that there is Firmware update from both of them..  I’ve upgraded the firmware.  Then I’ve connected the headset over the BlueTooth to my Xiaomi 14 Ultra… But when I take a call, nobody will hear me from discord o any apps on my desktop.  Mic goes only to phone call, untill you close it.
