New blackshark v3 whirless- sound is bad

Hey,

I had the same issue. I ordered two sets for my wife and I and after spending a good amount of time trying to get the EQ right I decided to return them. No matter what I tired they sounded hollow, like I had tin cans around my ears. My wife has the wired V2s and wanted to just got back to them. I have the HyperX Cloud Alphas and they sound much better to me.

I similarly was expecting more since so there was so many good reviews. I was rather disappointed and wish they would have turned out better. I hope you either found a fix or can return them. Good Luck!

thx man but here is not simple we cant return stuff that were used
i did return them for a lab test if my claims of bad sound will be accepted ill get my money back
ill go with the logitech g pro x 2 i need the virtual surround  cuz i play fps games 
even if the game engine support stero the surround adds more cleare sound to it and its alot ez to pinpoint

I also have the wired Cloud Alphas...was hoping to make the first leap into wireless for my xbox and pc with the v3 Pro, but the sound is super tinny every time I power on until I cycle the EQs then its normal until the next power cycle. Does it for Hyperspeed and BT. Returning.

I fixed the hollow sound by turning the THX Spatial Audio off. That really messed up the audio, now it sounds much better, much closer to my Audeze Maxwells.
