New Blackwidow V4 75% disconnecting & reconnecting

If I lift the keyboard up and just move it around a little it will automatically disconnect and reconnect, its very sensitive to movement for some reason.

Happens every 5-10mins (without touching it while watching videos) when its bad. Sometimes doesn’t reconnect and have to replug the usb. On some reconnects there's no RBG and it isn't being detected in razer synapse.

After replugging the usb sometimes it doesn't dc for a few hours but either way I get at least 10+ disconnects everyday.

There’s nothing wrong with the usb slots because I’ve used the 2019 Blackwidow for 4 years on the same slot without any issues.

(I’ve owned it for less then a week)

Things I’ve tried:

-Replugging usb into different ports (front and back)

-Replugging usb c into keyboard

-updating razer synapse

-removing power management options “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” in device manager (human interface devices) on usb slots and Blackwidow.

-I tried updating the firmware but I couldn’t, there was only Blackwidow v4 and pro options no 75%

-Checked if it needed to be updated in device manager (it was updated)

-Downloaded latest Nvidia driver

-exiting razer synapse so it isn't running in the background.

Only thing I can think of what might be causing it is a faulty wire.

If I move the wire in anyway it disconnects and reconnects or if I just lift my keyboard off the desk it also does it, but I’m not sure how I could have a faulty wire when its brand new please help

Things can happen (dead on arrival), so if you have spare wire, I’d check this. If it still doesn’t work, then get a replacement keyboard.

I got a new usb c cable and have had no issues since, thanks bro
