I just got my new Blackwidow v4 low-profile TKL orange key for a few weeks. I noticed everyday in one or two of my intense games, the keyboard suddenly not registered any AWSD key.
This seems to only happen when I played the game (Overwatch with Lucio main) that requires me to constantly holding right mouse click + mouse scroll and AWSD key together for long time (+ lot of shift key).
My mouse is also from Razer Deathadder v3 Pro. Not sure if there is collision between mouse and the keyboard since this only happened if I am holding right click + scroll on mouse for long time. And there was no issue before I switched to Blackwidow keyboard (and update the Synapse v4).
My current workaround is to Alt+Tab out of the Overwatch game and came back then it recovers. But during a game, that probably means death.
I am using Blackwidow v4 keyboard in wired mode. My mouse is wireless. Razer Synapse v4 has updated to the Sep 08, 2025. I have also turn on Snap Tab and Game Mode.
Any possible solution?
