Hello, I got my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro a week ago today, and all of a sudden mid game my “Q” key has stopped working and isn’t registering since. There’s an odd occasion it’ll spam Q, but not very often and it’s rare the key works. Any idea on how to fix?
ps. I’ve tried the following;
- Hard reset of keyboard
- Cleaning the keys
- Updating Firmware & Synapse
- Uninstalling Synapse
- Plugging into new port
