NEW Blackwidow V4 Pro key not registering

I am having the same issue. Multiple keys are spamming (F3, R, F, J, B, Spacebar and end key). Support says I have a hardware issue but I doubt it. I am using a Huntsman Elite keyboard and seeing that I am not the only one having this issue, it must be with their firmware.

Ditto. I’ve found no solutions. What I do know is that it’s most likely a hardware issue. Sometimes if I slide my fingers around on the keys, they’ll work but not for long. It seems like the key alignment to the keyboard is off. Sometimes it acts like the keyboard has to warm up. But I expected way better performance for $140 than my $20 Dell, which  always worked. I’ve also downloaded all the new stuff. Didn’t work.
