I have just reecently bought a brand new razeer black widow v4 keeyboard and as you can seeee without me fixing my typos it double or even triple presses the letteer ‘e’ and at tims it does not eveen register a key-press i have updated firmware, uninstall synapse, checked for OS updates and decreeaseed the polling rate but none of these methods has fixed the issue. Has anyone has a similar issue and had a fix for it? right now i don’t even have synapse on my pc and it has not changed at all should i just request a reeplacemnt at this point?
I have had this issue when i got mine back in december, and had one RMA’d now the one that i got as a replacement is still having the issue so i have had to go back to my old blackwidow ultimate. Waiting on their support response to my new tickets now.
I have the same issue just shortly after purchasing and using for a while. Tried the same steps and still have double typing or missing keystrokes. Very frustrating.
My husband and I are also having the same issue, I just bought mine a month ago. Pelase come out with a fix, I reallly dont want to repalce this.
Those are the typos from the keyboard, I’m not fixing them so you can see how annoying this is. Its either a delayed hit or equalls a double hit. Mostly withe the LLL key for some reason.
I’m experiencing the same issue 9 monthslater and found this thread. I’m leaving all the typos it makes me do in because it is so frustrating. This is affectingmy ability to domy job as I’m a softwaredeveloper.Ifyou think typing out a message is difficult, try programming!I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse, cleaned my keys, checked all mydrivers, and stillcan’t figure out what’s goingon. It’s been doing this allweek :(. Has no one found a solution for this besidesreplacement?
