New Blade 18 2024 : Shipment is on hold right after being shipped (Exception)


Hi,

 

I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark.

 

I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)).

 

 

I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now.

 

Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?

Is this something common with Blade orders ?

Do this setup has something to do with the delay ? :)

No, not for that config.  The order of progression of shipping status can be a little strange coming from China.  I doubt anything is really wrong and that it will be on its way to you soon.  

Well. Today I've called DHL after 3 "Shipment on hold" event and they finally told me the local China DHL agency indicated there was a problem with either the package the content or the format of the package.

 

They also told me that the package won't move until Razer called DHL…

 

Sound very bad :/ I'm asking for another Shipment from Razer or a cancellation of my order...
