Hi,
I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark.
I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)).
I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now.
Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?
Is this something common with Blade orders ?
