i got this deathadder v2 hyperspeed 2 days ago and it worked fine on first day but on second day it started doing random movements like flicking to other side of screen or random scroll wheel and not registering my clicks or holding down long click by itself. these problems happens only on 2.4ghz but on bluetooth its fine .
its really frustating does anyone have solution what to do??
also note i have tried everything like reinstalling all drivers synapse and all and since i use laptop my mouse usb dongle is only 10 cm away from mouse so there is no interference

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate its exact variant and check for other workarounds.
