Hey fam,
I just got a new V2 pro mouse since I wanted to switch to a wireless mouse. Thing is, as soon as I disconnect it from the USB, it just turns off and won’t turn on, even though I took the steps to connect it with the dongle via the Hyperspeed Dongle Utility software.
Another issue that occured with the Dongle Utility software: as soon as the process of connecting finishes and the software says I’m ready to use the mouse, it won’t work at all. RGB is still active but I can’t move the cursor and when I pull the USB cable it just turns off even though it’s set to 2.4ghz on the backside.
Synapse says it’s charged 100%.
Anyone had similiar issues? Could this be a windows or an USB connecting issue?
