I had to delete Razer Synapse as my Blackshark V2 Pro had audio and microphone issues. Now i am reinstalling Razer and cant log into Syapse to install it. My old email and phone number is defunct as i have moved countries.
- Need to reinstall Synapse. Not old email and phone number no longer exists.
- Continual problems with Audio and micorphone. Beeping, not connected, not working.
