New Email address and Blackshark Pro audio and microphone issues

I had to delete Razer Synapse as my Blackshark V2 Pro had audio and microphone issues. Now i am reinstalling Razer and cant log into Syapse to install it. My old email and phone number is defunct as i have moved countries. 

 

  1. Need to reinstall Synapse. Not old email and phone number no longer exists.
  2. Continual problems with Audio and micorphone. Beeping, not connected, not working.

Have you tried creating a new Razer ID and tried to register your headset with your new account? Please perform the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix microphone issues. If the same problem persist, send me a PM with your device serial number so I can check for other workarounds. All the best!
