i have  new hammerhead x hyperspeed. and i can not use thx spatial soud because can not select output device. pls help me

Try to update your Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed’s firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
