So my old Barracuda headset went out so I bought a new identical headset, registered it and got my activation code. However, in the 7.1 software, it bypasses the step to enter code I think it's_because it recognizes the old headset. How do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.



Also I updated 7.1 and it did its thing, but after that it just goes right to the 7.1 home screen. My old headset is listed, but of course the new one isn't listed because i can't enter the activation code.



Should I return this and go with something else?
