Hi, I just unpacked my new Kiyo webcam, plugged it into a USB port and no light came on. Checked the USB port with my speaker, it's fine, tried two other USBs, having unplugged respectively a working extHD and my Wacom, still nothing.
Is my KIYO dead on arrival, or is there something I've missed?
TIA

the light turns on for me when I open Razer Synapse and click on the cameras icon.
I've had this problem today - unboxed it, and no response plugging it into any device.
For nearly $100 this is a terrible paperweight. Mine is DOA also. Should’ve just stuck with a cheap knockoff. I’m really irritated that I have to RMA a brand new purchase.
Mine was made in Thailand so I’m guessing you got one from the same batch. Windows briefly sees it then doesn’t recognize it.

I received my Kiyo in the mail this morning and had the same problem. Plugged it into my computer and it was fine and then the second I touched the brightness ring it refuses to work. Really glad I waited 3 months for them to have these in stock just for it to not work when I finally get it
Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Kiyo concern here. Does the issue persist even after installing/re-installing Razer Synapse 3.0? Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please submit a case through this link or send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
