New laptop in Clearance Delay for over a week | Razer Insider

Hi, 

I placed an order on July 22nd for a new Blade 14 and it has been sitting in Fedex Clearance Delay MEMPHIS, TN since July 24th, it is now August 1st and has not moved or updated. Also could not find any customer support contact info other than taking me to this site. Razer please contact me.
