New Microsoft Headset

So I have the new Microsoft wireless headset for Xbox and PC. For some reason when I’m trying to use them on my PC they will work for a maybe 10-15 minutes before it completely stops receiving input. I have reset my my computer, checked to make sure my drivers are up to date. I even bought another Microsoft wireless headset to see if I still had the same problem and yep still do. The headsets work on my phone and Xbox with no issues at all. I even used my old Astro A20s on my pc to see if they had issues as well, but they worked just fine. There has to be something I'm missing I have contacted Microsoft support and it seems I've stumped them on this problem so I'm posting here . Any help would be much appreciated. Also the my laptop is a 15” razer advanced 2019 model.
