New Nari dongle won't pair with my headset

Just not sure what to do. Nothing showing up in synapse. I tried the Nari Ultimate Paring utility...but IDK if it just didn't work, or if it ONLY works with the Ultimate headset and not the normal wireless Nari headset. Please help! I don't want to throw this away :(

Just to verify, did this dongle come with your headset, or is it a separate purchase, or is the headset completely new, and it just won't pair with the wireless receiver?
