Hi everyone,

I bought these speakers this month and just unboxed them…

however, they don’t work. And it feels like I have tried everything

1. They are connected to the power outlet
2. they turn on
3. a little static sound come out of them (sounds like when nothing is playing)
4. connected via usb to computer

And with all of this NOTHING. I have tried updating the firmware: NOTHING

I have tried deleting/uninstalling everything through device manager: NOTHING

They look nice but they simply don’t work… And I have tried to reach support and nothing…

Does someone has a trick or a miracle to spare at this point?
