New Razer 17 2021 Camera Not Working 1/2 the time

The camera is not recognized by the laptop half the time. Yes, I've installed ALL updates, drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the camera...nothing works. This happened with the Windows 10 it came with, then upgraded to Windows 11 Pro and it still does not pickup the camera. Here is a video showing what happens - https://tinyurl.com/3h42p573

    Does the Device Manager still detect the Camera? For now, let's run the Windows Troubleshooter by following the steps below: -Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar. -Type in “Windows Update settings” and hit Enter. -Go to Troubleshoot -Click Additional troubleshooters. -Under Get up and running, select Windows Update. -Then, click Run the troubleshooter. The steps on this page can also help you. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
