new Razer BlackShark V2 X, but the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software is showing as "already used"

Hello Razer Support Team,

 

I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X, but the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software is showing as "already used". I also tried to register the product via Razer ID using the Serial Number, but it didn't work.

 

I would like to request a new activation code.

I understand that you recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X, but the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code is showing as "already used," and you're also unable to register the headset using its serial number.
