New Razer Blackshark V2 X says they've already been registered even though I just bought them.

I just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X White Edition 3.5mm headset and it says the product has already been registered. I bought it off AliExpress through an authorized seller, Ive contacted AliExpress too but I would much rather get this 7.1 to work than have a refund. Could anyone be of any help here?
