I've done a bit of research into this; including these forums I think the answer is yes, but I can't find the definitive answer.

1. The spec sheet above mentions that the Thunderbolt and USB-C support PD, but does this machine definitiely support full DisplayPort 1.4 including G-SYNC using a Thunderbolt or USB-C to DisplayPort adaptor? Is the Thunderbolt wired up to the RTX 3080?

I have an Samsung Odyssey G9 which supports up to 240Hz and has G-SYNC. I want the option to be able to output to this from any gaming laptop I buy, including G-SYNC if I so wish.

Old models seem to suggest that the Thunderbolt does support DisplayPort:

  • Thunderbolt 3 USB-C (DP from dGPU)

But what about external monitor G-SYNC? Later Blade support documents don't seem to mention this again.

Why is this information so hard to find conclusively?
I would like to know the same, but for the Blade Pro 17.

Razer should list this is on their product page or in an FAQ at least.
