New Razer Blade running very very slow

I have a 2017 Razer blade 15 advanced with a GTX 1070 max q and also just recieved a new 2020 blade 15 with the 2070 super max q. The new 2020 version is running way worse. Its noticably slower. I ran some benchmarks and with passmark my old laptop is getting 11,110 and my new one is 5,560. I have noticed the fans dont run much at all on the new one even when running the benchmark and the temperatures stay very low at 50c or less. I just got the laptop so maybe there are some settings messed up. Any ideas what this could be?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade 15 2020's concern on our support board. Does the issue happen even while running the pre-installed/out of the box applications only? Ensure that the laptop installed its latest updates from Windows and Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number.
