I recently purchased a new charger for my laptop from Razer (last month), but I’ve been experiencing an issue where it intermittently stops charging my laptop, even when it’s plugged in.

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

    •    The charger works initially, but then stops charging after some time.
    •    Unplugging the charger from the wall and plugging it back in sometimes works, but not consistently.
    •    Switching to a different power outlet or plug temporarily fixes the issue, but it soon recurs.
    •    I’ve tested multiple wall outlets in different locations, including different countries while traveling, and the problem persists, so I don’t believe it’s an issue with the outlets themselves.

Given that the charger is brand new and this problem has occurred in various locations, I’m concerned that it may be a defect.

It sounds like you might have a defective charger. Since you've tried different outlets and locations without success, the issue could be with the charger itself. I recommend reaching out to Razer’s customer support for a replacement or repair under warrant.
